Admission Procedures
A student-applicant follows the
registration procedures prescribed according to his student
classification.
In general, however, the
following procedures shall be observed:
- The student submits the required
documents to the Registrar for authentication.
- The Registrar schedules the students
for exams and/or interviews after reviewing the latter's
credentials.
- The students undergoes the
prescribed examination and/or interview.
- The Registrar informs the student as
to the subjects to enroll and the registration schedule. A
curriculum checklist is provided to the student to guide him
as to what subjects to enroll while in STI.
- the student select his class
schedule,accomplishes the registration form and submits it
to the Registrar's Office for assessment.
- The corresponding fees are paid by
the student to the cashier.
- A copy of the registration form stamped
Officially Enrolled is provided to the student for
identification purposes on the first day of classes.
Incoming Freshmen
To facilitate admission
inquiries to any CHED or TESDA academic programs at STI, you
are requested to be ready with all the requirements listed
below before proceeding to STI Admission Office.
- Form 138 (Original Copy)
- Copy of high school diploma
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
issued by the school Principal, Adviser or Guidance
Counselor
- Certified true copy of Birth
Certificate
- Two (2) identical colored ID pictures
(2”x2”)
Transferees (STI or Non-STI
Students)
To facilitate admission
inquiries to any CHED or TESDA academic programs at STI, you
are requested to be ready with all the requirements listed
below before proceeding to STI Admission Office.
- Certificate of Transfer (Honorable
Dismissal)
- Certified true copy of Grades
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
issued by the college Dean, Guidance Councilor or Dean of
Student Affairs
- Certified true copy of Birth
Certificate
- Two (2) identical colored ID
pictures (2”x2”)
Cross
Enrollees
To facilitate admission
inquiries to any CHED or TESDA academic programs at STI, you
are requested to be ready with all the requirements listed
below before proceeding to STI Admission Office.
- Permit to cross enroll from the
Registrar of the mother school indicating subject units and
school year.
- Two (2) identical colored ID
pictures (2”x2”)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character issued
by the college Dean, Guidance Councilor or Dean of Student
Affairs of the mother school
